Ordering & Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING:
UNION28 is currently offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of $60 or more.
(This offer valid only for orders shipped within the U.S.) If the merchandise total (after discounts but before tax and/or shipping charges) is equal to or greater than $60, free shipping will automatically be calculated at check-out. No code or coupon is needed for this offer.
Please note: If any portion of an order which qualified for free shipping (and was therefore shipped at no charge) is returned, dropping the order total below $60, the customer will incur and be responsible for payment of the original shipment costs. (Shipment costs are based on total order weight and method of shipment, ie. First Class, Priority, etc.) The original shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded for the returned items which drop the original order below $60.
Shipment Costs: Priority shipping starts at $7.20 and increases depending on weight and ship-to zip code. First Class shipping starts at $4.17 and increases based strictly on weight. Any orders weighing over 13 oz. must be shipped via Priority mail due to U.S.P.S. regulations. Base costs subject to change.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal. Payment is processed at time of order. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is submitted as well as a shipment confirmation email upon shipment of your order.
DISCOUNT CODES:
When applicable, discount codes may be entered just under the checkout button on the shopping cart page. Discount codes are valid only when entered on the website before an order is submitted. Please finalize and submit your order only after you have entered a discount code you wish to use.
ORDER SHIPMENTS:
Once an order is received, it will normally be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer Standard First Class Shipping (2-7 business days) for orders weighing 13 oz or less (per U.S.P.S. guidelines) as well as Priority Shipping (2-3 business days). Upon shipment, a shipment confirmation is sent to the email address associated with the order, along with a U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation tracking number. Shipping charges may be estimated at any time by going to the shopping cart page and entering your State & zip code (near the bottom of the page).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
UNION28 cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave the United States. Any additional charges or duties incurred upon a shipment leaving the U.S. and entering another country will be the responsibility of the customer.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
If a package is returned to UNION28 due to an incorrect address or an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If a package is returned to UNION28 and the shipping address provided is correct, UNION28 will provide one complementary reshipment. If the package is returned a second time, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. UNION28 is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer; however, we will do our best to assist you if at all possible.
LOST PACKAGES:
UNION28 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, UNION28 will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
